We invite you to visit Kaunas cogeneration power plant and see how heat and electricity are generated for your city.

About the tour

The Kaunas cogeneration power plant welcomes visitors interested in modern energy production. During the tour, you will learn how the plant operates, explore key technologies, and see how electricity and heat are produced.

The tour is designed for students aged 12 and older, as well as adults. Visitors can explore the facilities, learn how the system works, and understand how energy is produced in a modern and responsible way.

Up to 1.5 hours

The guided tour lasts up to 1.5 hours, covering the key stages of energy production.

10-15 people

Groups typically include 10 to 15 participants for a comfortable and informative visit.

Free

The tour is free of charge for all registered visitors and groups.

Before arrival

Before the visit, participants must sign a confirmation form stating they have no health conditions that would prevent them from taking part safely.

Registration

Register at least 5 working days in advance. If the minimum group size is not reached, the visit may be canceled.

Group size

Groups must include at least 10 and no more than 15 people. Larger groups may be divided.

Visitor age

The tour is suitable for visitors aged 12 and above. Younger participants must be accompanied by an adult.

Photography and filming

Photography and filming are allowed unless stated otherwise. In some areas, restrictions may apply.

Clothing and safety

High heels and open footwear are not allowed. Visitors must follow all safety instructions.
